Information collected
Forms collect your name, contact details you provide, business name, message and selected services. The package selection and the server-calculated estimate at submission are included in your enquiry. Security records may include IP address, request time, requested URL and technical browser information. Required fields are marked. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, identification documents, sensitive data or unnecessary information about others.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information is collected through forms, correspondence, telephone communication and technical website requests. Enquiries and pre-contractual quotations are handled on the applicable contractual ground under Article 5/2-c of Turkish Law No.6698. Legal duties rely on Article 5/2-ç, establishing or protecting a right on 5/2-e, and necessary security processing on 5/2-f where fundamental rights are protected. Processing that requires explicit consent is subject to a separate choice. Sending an enquiry does not give blanket permission for promotional communications or optional tracking.
Recipients and international services
Authorized staff and necessary hosting, email, infrastructure and CRM providers may access information within their duties. Records may be disclosed to legal/accounting advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful. Information is not sold to unrelated parties. External assets such as Google Fonts may transmit technical connection information to their provider; WhatsApp and social platforms have their own terms. International transfers require an applicable condition and safeguards under Article 9, not consent inferred from browsing.
Retention and safeguards
Enquiry information is kept for handling your request and necessary follow-up. Contractual or dispute records may be retained for applicable statutory periods. When the purpose and legal retention duties end, information is erased, destroyed or anonymized. Access restrictions and technical and organizational safeguards apply; absolute security cannot be promised.
Your rights and requests
Article 11 provides rights to learn whether data is processed, obtain information, learn purposes and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction where legal conditions apply, and notification to recipients. You may object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Requests can be submitted to the application address using legally recognized methods; identity and procedural requirements apply. The email address is available for initial contact.
