Estimates and enquiries
The package total is an indicative starting budget for the selected scope. Sending a form does not create a payment, reservation or binding order. Location, rooms, filming days, deliverables, languages, revisions, licences and expenses are clarified in a written quotation. Taxes and third-party costs must be stated there. A form does not create a recurring subscription debt.
Scope and third parties
Video, photography, social content, website design and advertising setup are separate services. Advertising spend, domains, hosting, paid software, stock licences, travel and accommodation are included only if expressly agreed. Drone filming depends on permissions and weather. An initial content set differs from ongoing social account management. No ranking, bookings, sales, followers or platform approval is guaranteed. Concept images are not client portfolio evidence.
Rights and acceptable use
Content belongs to its rights holders, subject to lawful permitted uses. Deliverable licences and source files are governed by the service contract. Clients must secure permissions for supplied materials and recorded people. Do not bypass security or misuse forms, and do not send sensitive information. Privacy and cookie information are provided separately; browsing is not blanket explicit consent.
Liability and changes
Information may change and technical interruptions may occur. Report corrections to the contact address. These terms do not exclude mandatory law, consumer rights, privacy rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules remain in effect.
